Carol has worked in the Employment Department since 2004 as PA to Paul Campbell, providing assistance on employment litigation and Box HR matters.
In 2008, Carol completed her level 3 CIPD HR Administration qualification and is soon to complete her level 4 qualification in person-centred counselling. Carol has a special interest in mental health and wellbeing and is suicide first aid trained. Carol is an advocate for work life balance and has recently joined The Ramblers.
In her free time, Carol enjoys cooking and entertaining and spending time away with her grown up children and family.
