Joanne has worked in family law exclusively since qualifying in 2006. An Associate, based at our Huddersfield office, Joanne deals with the full range of family law issues including relationship breakdowns of both married and unmarried couples and disputes in relation to children.
Joanne’s particular interest and specialism is in the financial consequences of divorce, in respect of which Joanne adopts a detailed but pragmatic approach. Her clients welcome the empathy, support and common sense approach that Joanne offers alongside high quality legal advice.
Joanne prides herself on listening carefully to what her clients actually want and will consider with her clients the most appropriate and cost-effective way of achieving their objectives, which may require robust representation in court proceedings.
