Sam is the Head of Employment and a Partner at the firm, having qualified as a solicitor in 2012 with 15 years of expertise in Employment Law.
In his fee earning role, Sam’s primary focus is the firm’s employment support package, Box HR, through which we act for over 200 clients across a diverse range of industries. Sam’s key areas of expertise are TUPE, redundancies and restructures, and discrimination. Sam oversees the firm’s marketing initiatives and is a key speaker in seminar and events. Sam also hosts the department’s podcast, offering valuable insights into Employment Law.
Outside of Employment Law, Sam is a trusted Sports Law solicitor, advising high-profile sports clubs on sensitive matters such as player contracts and disciplinary issues.
Sam is the Chair of Trustees for Aspire Community Benefits Society. Sam is a sports enthusiast, participating in marathons and enjoying football, rugby and cricket. Sam also enjoys travelling with his family.
