Elliot is a Trainee Legal Executive in the Personal Injury Department and is presently undertaking the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives qualification.
Elliot has been a first point of contact for new clients for some time when taking initial details of their accidents, to discussing the clients’ funding options such as conditional fee agreements (no win no fee agreements) and after the event insurance cover.
Elliot has assisted Howard Willis in the preparation of all aspects of on going Personal injury cases up to Trial, including preparation of the initial Claims Notification Form, drafting and preparing witness statements and Instructions to Counsel.
He is now undertaking his own caseload of personal injury cases under the supervision of the Partner in Charge of the Personal Injury Department, Howard Willis.
