Ashley Ingham

Ashley is the first point of contact for potential new clients who have suffered injury.   She take initial details of their accidents, discussing the clients funding options with them. Such as conditional fee agreements (no win no fee agreements) and after the event insurance cover before referring matters on to other members of the team to risk assess the prospects of success for the case.

Ashley has responsibility for sending out the initial paperwork to the client for signature and explaining the basis of the Conditional Fee Agreement once they have had the opportunity of reading the paperwork.
