
Natasha joined Chadwick Lawrence with a primary focus on property dispute matters for both residential and commercial properties. Natasha provides cost effective, pragmatic advice in order to achieve the best resolution possible for her clients. Natasha has a Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution so will explore with her clients all methods of dispute resolution, if appropriate. Natasha has a particular interest in lease extensions, freehold purchase and collective enfranchisement claims.
Natasha completed her Business Law degree at Sheffield Hallam University in 2015 before going to the University of Sheffield to complete her LPC and Masters. Natasha studied for both her LPC and Masters whilst working at Lupton Fawcett before qualifying as a Solicitor in April 2020. Natasha has dealt with high value fraud and shareholder/director cases since qualifying but has grown a specialist interest in residential and commercial property disputes.
