Justine is Head of the Social Housing Litigation Team and is a Partner and Solicitor-Advocate.

Justine has 19 years’ experience in the social housing sector and deals with a wide-range of housing management, asset management and complex litigation cases.

Justine has a wealth of experience in housing conditions and disrepair claims, unlawful eviction and breach of covenant actions, discrimination claims, trusts issues, homelessness and allocations, judicial review, anti-social behaviour, possession claims, complaints, policy drafting, drafting tenancy agreement clauses and complex litigation.

Justine delivers prompt commercial outcomes, is technically very able and is seen as a tenacious lawyer by her clients and opponents.
