Emma qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2009 and joined Chadwick Lawrence in 2024. She is based at the Guiseley branch and mainly deals with sale and purchase transactions and has a passion for unregistered land.
Emma has gained over 20 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, working in both private practice and in house for a leading Housing Association.
