Katie Solano

Katie is a solicitor within the Commercial Property team based in the Halifax office.

Katie studied Law at the University of Leeds and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Leeds. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2016, following experience in property law since 2012, she joined Chadwick Lawrence in 2023.

Katie’s experience encompasses all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters such as new leases, renewals, and licences. She strives to help clients meet their goals within their desired timelines and prioritises building strong working relationships.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling to new places and spending time with her young family.
